The bus station is temporarily located at Post Office Road car park from 1 December 2024 for at least 18 months.

The station will return to Terminus Street after works have been completed on the new sustainable transport interchange and hub. Existing bus services will continue to run for the duration of the relocation.

The temporary bus station includes 8 bus bays with shelters, 8 layover bays, cycle stands and a new kiosk and information point at John Robson House.

Bus User Group

If you would like to send us feedback about your bus experience you can complete a bus services customer feedback form (pdf)

The Harlow Bus User Group meets once a year to discuss bus services across the town.

The meetings are open to the public and are a chance for you to have your say on the bus network.

The details of the next meeting will be in our events section

Submit your question

You can submit a formal question for a bus user group meeting online.

Your question needs to:

  • be no more than 200 words
  • include your name

We need to receive your question by midday, 10 clear working days before the meeting is due to take place.

The day of the meeting and the day we receive your question do not count as clear working days, so if the meeting takes place on a Thursday, the question must be received no later than 12pm the Friday before.

We will accept most questions as they are written, but occasionally we will edit questions to make them shorter and clearer.

We will only reject a question if we feel it is inappropriate or it has been asked at a bus user group meeting in the last 6 months.
